Dear SadPigs (although not as sad as when we have to get up at the crack
of bleeding dawn on the day after Halloween) and Naja,

I guess we should make some decision about this:

Let's do it like this. If you are driving, stick in your name and the
number of seats and whether you want to stay in LA for dinner. Then
everyone just signs up with a driver and circulates the email. I'll
collate all the bits and pieces and bring them to sad pig on Thursday.
