Hi all,<br><br>I was getting errors trying to to aovlmer.fnc() to work, so I updated R and packages to:<br><br> R version 2.9.0 (2009-04-17)<br> languageR_0.953<br> lme4_0.999375-28 <br><br>And now it still won't work but I get a different error message:<br>
<br>Error in anova(object) : Calculated PWRSS for a LMM is negative<br><br>This is for the example in the help file, but I tried with other models and other parameters, with the same problem. <br><br>I did a little searching, and found this:<br>
