[R-lang] Boxplots from lmer-objects?

Dear R-users & experts,

I was wondering whether there is any way to visualize the output of an 
lmer-object, or rather, the output of pvals.fnc?
What I would like to do is have a boxplot that is based on the Estimate 
(or the MCMCmean) and the upper and lower bounds.
