Dear all,
Since it will take a little while for everyone to be able to get onto
the wiki page for proposed readings. I am copying over what has been
suggested so far. Does anyone have an opinion about which to read and
would like to lead the discussion?
Angela (10/04): For this week, I recommend this NIPS paper on how
stochastic neural processes can naturally encode elapsed time: http://www.gatsby.ucl.ac.uk/~ahrens/ahrens_sahani_nips08.pdf
This seems to tie together two recent topics that we have touched
upon: neural coding and subjective estimation of elapsed time.
Roger (10/05): Kemp & Xu 2009, on object perception & cognitive
development, has looked interesting for a while.

Best wishes,
Angela
