Dear all,

The schedule is looking very busy this quarter!

How about if we make it Monday 12 noon?  I had a look at Linguistics  
department's colloquium schedule -- it doesn't appear to be every  
week, in fact in the winter quarter there seemed to be only one.   
Maybe on the days when there is a colloquium we can finish earlier,  
and otherwise we can take longer.

If we're going to have it weekly, maybe we should get used to having 1- 
hour meeting rather than letting it drag on to two hours anyway.  If a  
subset of people are interested in digging deeper in a topic, maybe  
they can find a separate time to continue the discussion?
