[Probcogsci] neural representation of uncertainty

Dear all,

We got a little farther with the neural representation of uncertainty  
yesterday, but still not all the way through the paper!

I think at this point, those of us interested in digging deeper on  
this topic should probably meet off-line so that we are not taking up  
more time of the reading group.  Everyone's welcome to join us.   
Please let me know if you're interested, I'll try to organize a meeting.
