The University of Manchester invites applications for a Lectureship
in Phonetics and Phonology to be held in the Department of
Linguistics and English Language. This is a permanent academic post
(in US terms, a tenure-track faculty position). The lectureship is
available from 1 August 2008. Candidates with a research specialism
in any area of phonetics or phonology are encouraged to apply. An
ability to provide teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level
in both phonetics and phonology will be essential.
