<OT> Phonetically Based Phonology

We are pleased to announce the publication of _Phonetically Based
Phonology_, a book we have jointly edited. The book presents a general
approach to phonology in which many of the constraints are the
instantiations in grammar of principles of speech perception, speech
production and lexical access.
