<OT> OT and Simulated Annealing

Dear All,


Many people have mentioned the connection between OT and simulatead 
annealing (typically in footnotes), since both seem to be a "parallel 
/ distributed" way of optimizing something. But has anybody ever 
tried to realize an OT system by using simulated annealing?
