[Ligncse256] checking average performance

Hey Henry,

Just got this all working... with my HMM scorer and the greedy decoder I'm 
at 93.8%/46.6%.  When I move over to my HMM decoder, I'm at 95.9%/66.6%. 
So, right around the ranges given in the homework.
