[Ligncse256] correction to data file for assignment 2

Hi everyone,

Ben pointed out there's a problem with the data file for assignment 2. 
That's because I gave you the wrong data file!  The correct one is

   http://grammar.ucsd.edu/courses/lign256/protected/data3.zip

Try this.

Let's push the due date for Assignment 2 back to 27 February, as well. 
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't start now...!
