[Lign251] lecture notes for the next two classes

Hi everyone,

It's dawned on me that instead of giving you out a few pages here and
there, I might as well point you to the continually evolving complete
set of lecture notes.  This has the advantage that you get to see how
everything fits together, albeit the disadvantage the the PDFs you're
downloading may be changing from time to time.  I suspect the advantage
may outweigh the disadvantage, though please let me know your thoughts
as time goes on.
