[Lign251] downloading binom

Hey Katie,
It seems to me that you only downloaded the package and it sits in your
temp folder on your local machine (in
/tmp/RtmpdNkFx1/downloaded_packages)
You have to tell R to install this package.. i don't have the Windows R window in front of me, but it should sound like 'install packages' and you may need to tell it where to find the package you downloaded.. at least, that's what I had to do last time.
