hey Dan,
the ellipse library doesn't come installed by default, so you'll have
to install it yourself. There's some sort of "install packages"
function in the menu structure that you can use. (On my mac it's
under the Packages & Data menu -> Package Installer). Alternatively,
just typing
install.packages('ellipse')
should download and install it for you. Then the library(ellipse)
command should be able to find it.
